The second expansion is expected to take about 18 months and remains on schedule to open during the second half of 2027, according to Red Rock Resorts president Scott Kreeger.
The latest project will add more than 275,000 square feet to the north side of the resort. The expanded casino floor will include 400 additional slot machines, while new entertainment options will include a 36-lane bowling facility and luxury movie theaters.
One of the largest additions will be Moonshine Flats, a country-western bar and entertainment venue. The two-story facility will cover about 29,000 square feet.

Interior temporarily rescinded that determination just two months later after newly appointed Secretary Doug Burgum raised concerns over whether the tribe’s historical connection to the land had been thoroughly evaluated.
Scotts Valley filed suit in response. In October 2025, Judge McFadden ruled that Interior had violated the tribe’s due process rights by rescinding the approval without giving prior notice or an opportunity to respond.
However, McFadden’s ruling left the door open for Interior to formally reconsider the underlying gaming eligibility question.

The Venetian and Palazzo suites are 33% off, Wynn and Encore are discounted 20-30%, and Fontainebleau is 20% off with $50 daily resort credit. For budget travelers, Treasure Island has rooms from $69 and no resort fee, Westgate has two-night stays for $199 with $100 resort credit and four Cabaret tickets, and Golden Nugget has $49 rooms that come with a $20 gas card.
The LVCVA launched the “Vegas 5-Day Sale” last year in response to growing public sentiment that Las Vegas no longer provided value and that resorts were focused on nickel-and-diming customers. Many on social media criticized the tourism agency’s efforts as “too little, too late.”
The LVCVA, however, seemingly found the campaign successful, returning the five-day sales event this year.
